Parrotopia or Parrot City was discovered by Wil Faust, who most frequently posted at Jim Miller's Anomaly Hunters website.
Parrot City is located on the northwest bank of Argyre crater.

One interpretation of the parrot, is the pose with one wing up:
Between the parrot and the man feature, there is a very odd area referred to as the metro area:
There is no end to the weirdness down in the metro area:
